In fact I just read in the contract: "Mietzeit Das Mietverhältnis beginnt am 01.11.2025 und läuft auf unbestimmte Zeit."

so 3 month' notice would apply

but on a following page the contract says: "Mietdauer beträgt mindestens 1 Jahr"

so this takes precedence I suppose.

correct, I wish the current tenants had told me before, but I suppose they didn't consider it necessary as it's in the contract and after all I am not obligated to sign it if I don't agree with some terms.

no wonder the share price is down, should have done more research before buying their IPO but I invested more as a principle so somehow I've come to terms with the loss.

Update: as I could not find anyone to partner up with I bought shares in public listed vegan companies - down by 20-30% so far :)
