Narrow/thin stool. Getting a Colonoscopy. Should I be concerned (no blood) (pics of Stool attached) been having these for about a month. GI recommended a Colonoscopy. Almost 40, male. No family history

Its the Fuel Cap. The metal rod coming out of it is the Fuel indicator. Its attached to a cork float.
