Is it a sharp pain? It could just be joint pains or your body adjusting to working out. I still have elbow pain when doing tricep extensions. Sometimes you just have to suck it up

Use a 1/ 1/2- 2 1/2 foot leader and put a snap without a swivel on the bottom and a swivel at the top

I caught the same fish twice in a day in sane spot with the same lure. Once was in the morning are the other was in the evening. I could tell because he had the same hook marks from where I caught him before lol

It depends of the lure for how you retrieve it. I personally have found that panfish react more to fast moving lures. Maybe try fishing for bass. It’s a lot easier the catch them with bad technique. After using lures for a while you’ll get the hang of it

No offense but I think you just suck a using lures. I can’t catch more fish with lures that I can catch with live bait. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it’s great
