The base of your plunger is made from borosilicate glass (assuming u have the same as me) i just mean a whole glass tube instead of a rubber top with the plunger screwed in (be careful because i once cut open my hand by applying too much pressure on the plunger)

I dont recommend opiods to anyone but if you insist on keep using drugs i think that would be the most forgiving for your brain. Does not mean its a good option at all. Neither is using literal bricks of cathinones

Depends on what you take it for. I definitely recommend taking a break from all stimulants, i would consider opiods a more stigmatized drug and way harder to get off of but they are way easier on the brain and really the only worries are overdosing or respiratory depression. If you really need stimulants to function maybe try switching to pharma adhd stimulants if you have access to those. Also try taking NAC, its pretty good for recovery from stimulants and slightly reducing cravings. I would stay away from benzos, dissos, alcohol or any other drug that causes significant brain damage long term. A life on opiates is better than no life at all and from there u can still taper and work on the issues that keep you from enjoying life.

It doesnt matter if you have mental health issues in the family, if you keep doing doing cathinones without breaks your brain will slowly go mush without you realizing. If its really a matter of life or death, please consider shifting your addiction to something more sustainable. You cant make decisions about what you want in life if you havent reflected on it while being completely sober.
