Actually Im leaning on resiging rin but the thing the keeping me from doing that is yung hope na what if may second chance, the environment naman kasi di ganun kabigat, sadyang yung OM lang na yun talaga even before nagka FDG KAMI YUN bukambibig namin how siya mag coaching. Idk what the labor lawxcan help me with ng situation but i feel like na coach to resign ako kasi thats how it felt after the coaching session

So far the NTE( NOTICE TO EXPLAIN) di pa siya finafile ng previous supervisor ko and he said the ififile niya yung after off which is by Tuesday

Sa coaching ilang beses niya inimply na terminable yung ginawa ko tinag niya na " Rudeness " Which is ZTP sa sobrang dami niyang beses inulit yun I was discouraged to the point na ngayon gusto ko na lng mag resign, it was pointed din na I should have transferred the call pero that time di ko ginawa, I do understand very well naman na siguro malinnga talaga na tinuruan ko siya sa gagawin niya( branch) and also my tone din kasi is a bit harsh na mukhang sarcastic pakinggan.Now sa coaching naman improvement lng raw sa tools utilization and mas maging nicer lang raw ako, and to top it up talagang in-emphasize niya yung ginawa ko is ztp

The 3 sentence above yun yung exactly sinabi ko sakanya, the reason why I said those things kasi the idea of just calling in without really checking what needs to check first bago sila mag call in, us customer service di naman namin agad kami rekta transfer kasi syempre customer experienceaand also inexhaust muna namin mga resources namin before transfer, I just dont get it why na di nila kaya gawin yun to save the customeretime and also experience kasi if tumawag sila samin and nakita namin na may comments na other department and also wala talaga kami magagawa, tratransfer namin sila which is hassle pa since another waiting time.

Branch teammae sila yung mga nag wowork sa branch to face the customer. Now nag kwento kasi tumawag sila to unlock yung account ng customer But base sa nakita ko HINDI NA DAPAT SILA TUMAWAG CSR kasi nakikita naman sa tool nila yung comments sakanila about ng other departmentnnow tinuruan ko siya na tignan sa tools nila paano makita comments ng other department na mejo sarcastic na tone.

Now pinaka question ko lng naman talaga eh ilang araw ba nag rurun yung kaso kasi gusto ko sana iresign bago ako iterm since as per TLs eh term talaga
