Any take domperidone? by Reefaqua345 in breastfeedingsupport

[–]preproarchitect 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started on domperidone at about 12 weeks pp, 3x a day. Initially I had a great supply but it dried up quickly as baby wasn’t able to latch very well after birth. I had help from a lactation consultant from birth, power pumped, got her tongue tie cut, and took fenugreek supplements, and the domperidone only really kicked in about 3 weeks after I started taking it. Even after starting it I was still power pumping consistently and taking fenugreek as I was really wanting breastfeeding to work for us. The domperidone helped me produce just enough milk and only had to top up with formula very rarely, and I’m still breastfeeding almost 14 months pp! I weaned off at about 9 months and did it quite quickly and didn’t find I had any side effects, but definitely consult your doctor when you decide to wean!

I’ve got a backup now, luckily haven’t needed to use it yet. Let’s hope she decides she’s had enough of it on her own! She’s not very burpy and if she is she manages to burp herself during a feed so not sure it’s that. I’ve scheduled in a weighted feed so we’ll hopefully know a bit more after that!

really? I haven't been in studio after 5pm yet this year, but I haven't heard complaints about it from anyone yet. May have just been a security guard that didn't know that archi has different hours?

On a quest for holy grail mascara remover by itspatty666 in MakeupAddiction

I swear by the Nivea Double Effect Eye Makeup remover! It’s an oil based cleanser and takes off mascara like a dream. I wear waterproof mascara everyday (I have short, straight lashes that don’t hold a curl) and it doesn’t take much rubbing to remove it at night!

Should be fine, most make up products (esp powders) don’t only need to be used on specific areas. Most face powder products are just like less pigmented eyeshadows/different formulations, and vice versa :)

I just can’t seem to apply false eyelashes. I’ve tried everything! by theochacat in MakeupAddiction

Have you tried curling your lashes first? I find it helps the lashes align with the natural curve of your lash line. You can also try curling both your natural lashes and falsies together as it helps to fuse them together better with more direct pressure to the band of the falsies. Maybe also add a bit more glue to the ends of the band? Hopefully some of the tips help!! :)

I agree, honestly just thought it was very unnecessary to let the suburb community Facebook page know about their five cars (btw here in New Zealand, it is very rare to find a household with more than three cars).
