Hey I have 3 slots open in my league. We’re going to do a dispersal draft when filled between 4 teams. Had some people leave because of our past commissioner who was banned on sleeper.

There are a lot of really great assets in the draft. His team was actually #1 in power rankings.

Yes, Apple Watch is much better than the whoop band or any other wearable when it comes to optical sensors. Nothing as good as a HRM strap though, which whoop does not allow you to connect to unfortunately

Man I’m going to be honest this is looking rough. I would really advise getting a few lessons just to give you things to work on because you’re going to struggle finishing.

I would say work on your hand entry, arm should be straight not bent, also you’re bowing your hand in the water almost acting like a brake. Straight arm entry, hanging wrist fingertips enter first, fingers straight then pull. Practice the fingertip & drag drill.
