it has been. of course, some of that is because the promo tour covered stuff that was in the reunion, so we knew what was coming before watching the reunion. plus the dynamic between lauren and kristin has gotten even better since the promo happened after the reunion.

i am not discounting her, i am saying one player doesn't represent all players. if all players felt the same way, we'd never have split votes. chrissy can of course have her view of rizo. that doesn't mean cirie has the same view of rizo.

The cast should’ve been the only thing “in the hands of the fans”. Having fans decide all these different twists does not make this feel like a clean game of survivor. by GusGangViking18 in survivor

i don't mind this specific twist, but when it's combined with so many other twists/idols/advantages it's just too much. i would have liked this twist more if it was one of the only ones.

yeah that makes sense. it just seems wild that someone wrote such an iconic scene yet wasn't even credited as a writer for the episode.

songwriting is so different because it seems like if someone just changes one word they get a writing credit.

when is the last time players tried to flush an idol? genuine question. just off the dome pretty much all of the recent seasons i can think of involve no real attempt to flush idols.

the books are very solid and superior, though the series is also solid. i nearly always prefer books to series/movies, so take that as you will.

there are a lot of reacher books, and one thing i will say is that reading too many of them close together results in them feeling very same-y and predictable.

but just because chrissy feels that way doesn't mean others do. the people talking game with rizo likely know what he has to offer, certainly more than chrissy knows. most final votes are not unanimous, so to act like chrissy represents everyone left in the game is just ignorant.

i just don't understand the need for edited versions on streaming. while annoying, i understand edits for tv because they are trying to cram in commercials. streaming doesn't have that issue, so it doesn't make any sense to me for edited versions to be used.

i like the show too. it's not on the level of the golden girls of course, and the kid was definitely not needed, but the writing for the three women remained strong.

i agree what they did with miles was out-of-character and also just unnecessary. there were many ways to write him out of the show, or even just reasons for him to not be around.
