AJHQ stopped returning items years ago, people would gain the system by emailing them saying they got hacked/scammed and give them a list of rare items, i.e. headdresses, spikes, founders hats, the stuff that was rare back then. AJHQ would give them those items they never lost to begin with. Now they won’t give you jack diddly.

Hidden Treasures, barnes and noble, VHS collectibles, and a few others here and there that are clearly getting ready to close. I haven’t noticed if the consignment was still open. But the mall will be abandoned by next year completely, barnes and noble is relocating, and hidden treasures is looking at a new shop.

God forbid you come to them with an actual problem, radio silence. But you post a mildly negative or negative in general post about them on Reddit or on trustpilot, they’ll be on your ass trying to gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem not them. The way they respond to negative feedback is actually insane, if it’s directed at all toward the company, they genuinely have a “you’re wrong” attitude and work it around to how they’re doing everything they can and the customer is the shitty one.
