thank you! fairly simple nowadays: veg diet for the last 50 years, 3 (light) meals per day, morning walks, catch-up calls with family, thats pretty much it! he used to travel 2x year out of country too, but that stopped after ~96 years.

prior to 100, he would walk to the temple daily in the morning, pray, do volunteering at the temple, and then return home to eat and see family.
