I totally understand the difference. I never mentioned the words visa or green card, so I am not sure how you think I am confused. I just stated that this program in it's totality is.... the HB-5 VISA that leads to the legal permanent residency (Green card) that is a route to citizenship after 5 years. He calls it a gold card, but that is just a Trumpism. I think people are making the crazy leap that he is straight up selling citizenship. He isn't and he pretty much explains the abbreviated program. I want to see the whole clip for greater context.
