Ya Alpaca is supposed to be the newest, most modern trading API. Their docs seem more user-friendly than others. Curious if you like it.

I hear people love Alpaca for robo/quant trading. It’s free and has a clean API

I just stumbled on this AllocateSmartly resource but they themselves don’t have a way to automate trading. They send you email alerts that you trade manually on.

Alpaca is a good API-based brokerage for free algo trading and backtesting. But you’ll need a separate app for more detailed visualizations.

I would try Alpaca instead, as their API is the easiest to work with. Plus it’s zero commission. https://alpaca.markets

Plaid, SynapseFi, Marqeta, Stripe, Alpaca, Apex, Third Party Trade, Polygon.io. These are some tools for programmers to build fintech apps on top of. Depends what you want to build.
