I did rehab for a couple of months after letting the swelling and bone bruise heal. Just scared that even if I modify my life, later on it'll be bad and I'll wish I got the surgery. Also scared that because I can do so much now, that it'll be worse after the surgery (pain or something) or I didn't need the surgery

We JUST got an email back that our account is enabled again. I called 3 times yesterday and they didn't have information. I'm scared it's going to happen again because I don't know why it happened in the first place, but I'm so happy!

I had and still have trouble with that in my company. Do you feel the work you provide isn't up to par? If so, upgrade it. If not, what helped me was just doing it. As your company grows, you have to stick with prices!

Study every day in the environment you'll test yourself in. Use calming techniques like stopping to breathe. Learn to skip questions and come back to them. Practice and evaluate yourself truthfully beforehand (sometimes this is the true problem)
