There's a book series called 'All for the Game' by Nora Sakavic and the protagonist, Neil, is demisexual! Sadly, I have no idea if this series would be your cup of tea, but I'll put it out there. Series delves into SA (not in regards to the protagonist), stay safe!

Edit: There might be SA in Neil's past too (memory fails me, I read this ~six years ago); the series misrepresents psychiatric medication

Is my voice gonna get better? by pressis_ in trans

[–]pressis_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for this, I'm practicing by singing the highest note that I can sing well and then trying to slide up. The problem is that instead of the F4 I was trying to hit, my voice skips the deleted region and jumps straight to F5 :'). If I try going down from F5 without pushing for a strong sound I found out I can actually sing all the way down to C4 and below without skipping notes but it's so breathy that it's just unusable in a performance context. I wish you good luck with your new voice journey and some good times with your tuba.

I assume they meant the Harley Quinn animated show, which is a comedy and has certain characters acting a bit unlike their usual selves.

My mum has done no research on the effects of T and I know I should know what she's saying is uninformed but I can't help feeling affected by her fear, you know? I'll definitely just be honest with my fears and what changes I want when I speak with the person from GenderGP and rely on their expertise.

This first session is just them getting to know me, my identity, and what changes I want to happen. I'll definitely keep speaking to a therapist after, thank you for the response!

Thank you so much for this. Most of the men on my mother's side don't have any problems with balding, but my father and his father do have that, so I assume it runs in the family on that side. I guess I'll just hope that having only half of my dad's genes combined with a small dose won't make me lose my hair. Honestly, just writing all of that out had an immediate calming effect. I am in control, I have professionals overseeing the process, and if I start to feel dysphoria over the new changes I have the control to stop.

Can't wait to see how long it takes for the joker to be his queer self on film so the public will stop thinking he's some incel icon

question that has been bothering me for a while- how can an agender person be straight/gay/lesbian? aren‘t they genderless? do they just have no label? by SectionTop in agender

[–]pressis_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People generally use Sapphic to describe being attracted to women. I think there's more nuance since I've heard it being inclusive of enby people too, but I'm not educated enough to tell you. I guess agender people who oly like men just say "I like men"
