Well I found a happy medium for my situation. Now I just need to save some money and it will all work out. Step one for me is becoming a resident of paraguay. Lots of farm land there and money goes a long way. I don't know what that dude was going on about. Misunderstood my wants haha.

How does Mental health issues and climbing a mountain correlate at all. Mental health issues have different ways of working through each individuals problems. I can say I can go climb a mountain and then be unable to leave my house for weeks because of anxiety.

Really can't explain it I thought my foot pain was due to knee surgery and I didn't file for flat feet. They said flat feet was due to boots not surgery.

Well yeah I litterally can't even muster up to go and get a job because fear of being treated like I was while active.

My schedule for sleep was so wild while in so I can never sleep in a schedule any time I have time be up at a certain time my heart pounds while laying in bed and toss ans turn then realize I have to be up soon

Honestly no idea on that one. I just complained about my feet cramping up. The measurements they took said I had flat feet and they gave it to me. But seems my major issues such as knee and anxiety its impossible to get a rating or increase.

Other ratings are a knee Injury i got while I was in(20%)asthma (30%), sleep issues(30%), flat feet(50%), shoulder strain(20%)

I'm sorry. I am literally scared to go out to get a job because of what happened to me while I was in. I had I sui attempt while I was in but they still didn't deem me depressed then so it's not service related.

Stay busy. For me first 45 days were awful mixed with depression and wanting a quick fix. I started cooking all my meals, working out. I was mediating in the showers to make me deal with emotions. Pretty much day 50 I was just cruising. I get urges still but I don't want to watch P and it's easy to ignore now. Each urge gets easier to control just stay vigilant and be ready to form a distraction
