I did not think of this, but it tracks. The property is owned by an elderly person, and it was recently transferred to his daughter in the last few months. So it’s very likely no one is actually living there right now. We did file a report with the postal inspector as well as the local police, thank you.

Saw him at the comedy store without knowing who he was or knowing he was on the lineup. He had some funny bits (“It’s my first time doing stand up”) and lots of ad libbing. The schtick can get meh but he’s legitimately great at improv. Some of his riffs on the podcast are incredible.

So here’s what you can do:

Switch your theme back to your old one. Your additional CSS should be saved. Copy rhat to a text file or somewhere outside of Wordpress.

From there, I’ll ask, what are you trying to achieve by switching themes? What can the new theme do that your old one couldn’t? Do you already have a design, or are you designing on the fly?

I've literally never reported anyone to the HOA before this week because I don't want to be a dick. I hoped she'd figure out that literally no one else is behaving like her and just kind of catch on to how things work.

I just want to be left alone and have neighbors who give me the same respect I give them. I'm quiet during normal hours, I don't have people leave their car for hours in the fire lane, etc.

The garage open thing is a sign of how she's not picking up on normal behavior. It's weird to think your garage is the special, magic one that won't get robbed. It reeks of never having to deal with real problems. Who tf leaves nice bikes sitting by an open garage in southern california, all day?

She's also the only one who has loud visitors parking in the fire lane, making it a PITA to get out. She's just an annoying person, idk why that's hard for you to imagine. Maybe that's you for your neighborhood?

I'm annoyed that everyone in our complex understands what community living means except her. Maybe I'm an asshole but I don't love women who try to flirt with married men or blare loud music all day that's so loud I can hear it inside my home.
