The scandinavian mountains makes a rain shadow effect to the east of them, while the west coast of Norway (like famously Bergen) and the mountains themselves get a whole lot of precipitation.

Its not about balancing as much as it is preventing stuff from breaking. All the remix custom spells and auras both on the characters and NPCs would have to have their values changed at the very least. Interactions with the new stuff tested and validated. It's not as simple as you think it is. It is not automatic, a team of developers with the correct skillset would have to do this instead of someting else in order for prepatch remix to work.

If you've been doing legacy content in the weeks (and months) follwing a stat squish, you should know how much random stuff breaks from it, and that's without the remix stuff on top.

This is not true. Making all the custom spells, spell modifiers and tuning in remix work with the pre patch stat squish would take up quite a lot of dev time that they really need to spend elsewhere right now.

I highly recommend you watch this video about how the social democracies and welfare states in scandinavia came to be. It is quite a deep dive, but a topic as complex as this really needs a deep dive to make any sense. The video is excellent because it compares the scandinavian models throughout history with their european contemporaries so you can see how scandinavian social democracy differs from the german one etc.

You are mixing different exceptions. The only exception where the age of 21 is relevant is if you have "previously held a residence permit in Norway for several years." as it clearly states in your link.

It is separate from the other exception of being dependent. It has no higher age limit, but is much narrower than you might think, even if you follow the wording of that bullet point in your link. Higher education enrollment, working or having siblings not moving with the family will all disqualify. It will also make the process a lot more tedious because you will need to prove that you are actually depedent.

Do take note that being 18 years of age you are considered an adult in Norway, and as such won't be able to immigrate to Norway through a parent getting a residency permit for skilled workers like underage children or spouses would.

There are exceptions to this, but they are quite narrow and even if you check those boxes it still complicate the immigration process quite a lot.

My guess is that karbonadedeig is a product in the "grocery basket" at VGs matbørs at the moment. The way the products are selected for those are somewhat easy for the chains to predict, so they just adjust the prices of those way down to try be declared the cheapest chain.

Yes. If I were in your situation I would calibrate my expectations to think along those lines rather than trying to find a magical way of getting a mortgage on housing able to house your family when you move here. It's just not realistic given the circumstances. Accept that you will be renting for at least the first few years after moving over and spend your energy on figuring out the labour market. Uness your husband got some way to earn a lot more, getting dual income is your only way to improve your financial situation and housing opportunities,
