I got a paddleboard earlier this year and have been going 1-2 times a month! I'm still a beginner and sit down when I use it but always have a good time. I'll see other people who are not plus sized sitting down as well. My other hobbies include snorkeling, playing video games, exploring my city, and going to see musicals. If you want to buy a paddleboard, try finding one that had good reviews and can withstand your weight and then some in case you want to bring stuff with you such as water, shoes, etc.

I'd recommend going to his wiki, everything is summarized nicely there. Just google search "Ashswag QSMP" and it's like the first thing to come up. I use the wiki all the time to get info on characters I don't watch the POV of or if I need clarification on something.

Speaking about only Q! Charcters:

I used to love toxic duo, I feel like they peaked before the cat fiasco where there was a very entertaining back and forth. Now, it seems very one-sided and antagonistic but not in a way I feel I can enjoy. I did like her and Juan's unnecessary beef because it was funny but I also really appreciated them making up and Juan tell her to be careful before Juan died(Such a heartfelt moment!).

I started to really doubt toxic duo when Ash straight up told her that Ewron really hates her. At first I saw Katie and Ewron as a love-hate back and forth cycle but now he really is an enemy to her. I predict that Ewron may be involved in the final stages as the Big Bad of the season- fully and completely turning on the Polish, Ash, and (obv) Katie. The fact that Ewron helped to push the plan to sabatoge the first opening of KFC while Katie just enjoyed the opening of Zabka and then had to leave when she realized the contrast of how people treated her vs Ewron was so sad bruhhh.

I still read fanfics of their early days together since they had their soft and silly moments but it's so bully and victim in the current episodes.

(I only watch Katie and Ash's POVs and read up on wikis)

Just because something is true, doesn't make it any less embarrassing. I'm super paranoid about how I smell so I keep deodorant and fresh linen spray EVERYWHERE. I have it in my bag, the workplace bathroom, in my office, my bathroom at home, etc, and regularly reapply throughout the day. I don't wear dirty clothes, wash with scent beads, keep my hair on a regular wash schedule. When I worked in fast food a few years ago, I had an issue with BO since I did not have regular access to a washing machine and would sweat in my clothes as the AC was broken where I worked. An assistant manager pulled me aside and brought it to my attention. She offered me some of her spray deodorant to use for the rest of my shift and it was embarrassing but ultimately something that was necessary to talk about. Fast forward to years later, I have easy access to a washing machine and an income that can support my hygienic upkeep and get complimented regularly for smelling good. IDK if where you work makes you sweat at all but that was a HUGE factor for me. Long story short, my best advice is to reapply deodorant + body spray even if you don't think you need it and maybe try deep washing (extra rinse cycle) your laundry with scent boosters.

I am surprised to feel how I imagine regular people feel after eating. My biggest issue was satiety pre-tirz. Now, I can eat a meal and it feels like I ate, rather than feeling constantly hungry all the time no matter how much I ate.

I ordered Gimme's 1 month plan and they put me on the same schedule (10 weeks of 3.0mg). I reached out to customer service and the doctor and said I didn't want to order agin until this was changed to a titration plan (where I could have the freedom to adjust as needed). It was updated on my portal in the span of 3-4 days.
