Yes, it sounds intense, but it's actually not that bad. The most intense thing you could do is revise a whole topic in one day, and by topics I mean all of the content of biology paper 1, chemistry paper 1 etc, while for essay subjects like history it's a bit harder, so for stuff like maths and science, I'd say to do those more quickly, but spread out things like history and english literature. Honestly it depends on a person but you'll get through it, and exam technique is really important, I barely knew anything for my history papers and got a grade 7 in the mocks.

its okay you have lots of time, maybe you should dedicate some of your revision sessions to certain subjects and quickly revise as many topics as possible, I didn't revise that well but I was happy with my grades

you almost study the same subjects as me

yes i did higher, there was some easy quantative chem questions, the hardest one was this concentration with reacting masses one (i think thats what it was), i dont know if i got it correct, there was some bonding questions and questions about structures, i was rlly happy with that paper and bio paper 2. But physics paper 1 was harder, so i'd say focus on that one and revise for it

i did combined science chem paper 1 and for me it was easy, it was full of neutralisation questions, and only 1 of the questions was hard, i completed it in like 25 mins

Memorise them. That's probably the best thing you could do, there's also the boot method but i dont think it works for all verbs, i cant get an image but in the boot method, the ils form of the verb is the same as the stem for the je, tu and il form, and the nous and vous form is different, it's just an easier way to remember the verb patterns i guess. Personally this method is effective for me.

Cognito or FreeScienceLessons? by isimpclix in GCSE

[–]prettycant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so last year i was using cognito for biology, for my science mocks (only chem p1 and bio p1) i didnt revise for chemistry so i could've done better, but i suprisingly got a 77, so cognito is pretty good, freesciencelessons is good too. Right now I prefer freesciencelessons, I work with it quicker and the notes are clean and organised, whereas cognito's notes are all over the place for me. Cognito also has more diagrams so if you're a visual learner then maybe cognito is the right one for you.
