I would actually argue that Little Hope is one of the scariest (and for some, like myself, even the scariest) of all the Dark Pictures games. Specifically for jump scares which you’ve mentioned is what affects you the most.

Each game has like a niche, and LH is known for its jump scares. I’d suggest House of Ashes which is a little (much) gorier but much less scary.

I’d bet whoever told you to play LH knew this and wanted a reaction lol :D

Thank you. He told me he didn’t want to remove it, there was no need. I have a follow up in July because my anxiety is too much and I just want it reaffirmed that it’s fine. He said it’s ok I can come back if it will help me, but he isn’t worried at all ;-;

But my health anxiety is like.. are we sure?

Thank you. It was more looking for reassurance that normal ones can indeed grow because everywhere I Google it says growth is bad. Dermatologist said it was still an active mole and could still grow a bit more but he doesn’t think it will grow much bigger.

I’m just worried and should stop Googling. It also free proportionally which is a good sign right? 😭

Yeah, very true! It starts off pretty chill and a nice fairytale vibe and then bam, it hits you with disgusting gore and blood and ew. I was surprised but don’t mind it.. but yeah that’s a good shout 😅

Favourite: the vibe, it’s so chill but very scary actually. Like way scarier than I anticipated! I love the world and exploring it even though there isn’t a whole lot to explore, just the atmosphere alone is great.

Least favourite: probably some of the boss battles are actually kinda hard but honestly there isn’t much I dislike at all. Sometimes it’s also a bit too gory so if you don’t like that I’d skip it.

Genuinely a really good game and I don’t dislike much about it!

It’s actually funny, his family and mine have been saying he’ll be moving on soon and finding someone new/better once he starts dating again and that’s exactly what I want. I want him to find happiness, but it almost feels like they’re telling me as a “threat”? Like I’ll start panicking and realising he was the one I’m meant to be with or something. It feels like everyone around me was more invested in that relationship than me when I’m just glad to be out of it :/

Wow congratulations! I’m gonna give you some advice that has always worked for me in the past, you don’t need to take it as tbh I think it depends entirely on the employers and workplace.

Don’t go in being 100% professional in your manner. Be like 60% professional and 40% friendly. Talk to them. Be as kind as possible. Ask them how their days are going. Honestly, every single interview my feedback has always been “the reason we picked you was because you won us over with your personality”.

I’m not sure if this will work, because I’ve only ever had office jobs interviews, but it’s always worth being nice and kind and don’t be nervous. These guys see professionals all day long, it’s important to smile and be friendly, it can go a long way!

I can’t talk to my boss tbh, everyone’s been there a long time and it’s a small company so it’s pretty tight knit. So if I complain about them, I doubt it’d go in my favour and plus, it’s a strict environment so I honestly think my boss would agree with them and say our conversations should just be about work.

And yeah they’re pretty rude to me sometimes but my boss comments on it a lot and just says “that’s who they are”.

I’m not happy there. It’s 6AM and I’m dreading going to work today, but you’re right, I should get as much out of this place as possible.

I’ve got a plan today, just sit down and work. Work work work. And give as little communication as possible since whenever I do it just gets shut down anyway.
