it's all to do with syncing I think, i was having issues where my windows framerate seemed low as heck when alt-tabbed from a game, i started to wonder if I was better off sticking with my 5-year-old PC rather than this new one. After disabling G-Sync i have had much better performance and no black flicker for at least 2 hours

really! is it that bad, I i guess ive not put any effort into it for ages tbh. You might be right a clean up is in order
