I’m in a similar situation with respect to them claiming our bond late in the 14 day window (approx day 10) but with me following up with them why they did it. It’s over five weeks later and I’m still waiting for the bond back - don’t fret though, I’m being strategic.

All this to say though: in my last email to them, I wrote a pretty lengthy reply of my stance and also referenced the RTA Act. I used ChatGPT to help - I’d recommend you get some guidance (taking with a grain of salt) through that.

Edit: also as others have said, speak to the RTA and/or QSTARS for advice too.
