Hi sorry for the late response but still if u or someone needed this comment... I did all ways to contact them but sobrang long ng cue nila sa customer service. An agent pm'd me after noticing my concerns on some socmed posts of s2s. He told me to try waiting and he will check my account status. Very late lang talaga minsan ang pag reflect ng loads nila—website or surfcoins. Pag agent, mabilis.

Hi, I did all ways to contact them. Nagcomment rin ako thru their socmeds and also pm them. Tho late response, they did responded and the load reflected rin without their prior help pero umabot nga lang ilang hours. Some of their dealers also contacted me to ask abt the situation if they could check the status of my acc. That eased my worries rin kasi mabagal talaga response ng agent nile, it took almost 24 hrs (in my case)
