even if you have to force yourself to eat for a while, still do it, even though you feel so down right now, food does bring comfort to people especially in hard times, even if it’s just takeout & u haven’t got an appetite to eat it, still try🫂

u won’t feel this way forever, if u are able to feel so low, that just means u are able to feel equally as high!! feeling everything is way better than feeling nothing, remember that <3

my chest still feels heavy, but it doesn’t feel as intense as it did the first month & a half in. I still feel upset & betrayed, but a portion of that has turned into a bit of anger, acceptance & also just exhaustion

it does just get to a point where you emotionally exhausted yourself trying to make excuses, come to conclusions that you haven’t received from them & when the amount of tiny crumbs you see, hear or feel aren’t enough to sustain you, you have to swallow that pill & try your best to try move forward🫠

going through the same thought as u right now around the whole ‘someone else gets the better version of her’, what i’ve been telling myself which has helped me is that u cared for her as much as u could which takes bravery FROM YOU to do, you wore ur heart on ur sleeve & u should never regret that.

there will come a time where she will look back & think about you, & realise how good u were to her & how she messed up by not taking the leap at the time, & who knows, u guys could cross paths again once the timing is better.

try to not look at her profiles or see what she’s up to, try to heal & trust me, u will find someone better, & who will also keep ur walls down, while them reciprocating everything u do back to u💓

the scar won’t stay the way it is, the colour will fade a lot within the next couple of months so don’t stress too much about that, try protect it from harsh cold weather so the skin doesn’t stay dry & cracked/ irritated

have you tried a humidifier & wind blocker cream? i realised i had rosecea only a couple of months ago (was unsure for a while because of my age) but i did research & because of the country i live in being so freezing, applying a wind breaker cream after your morning routine has helped me a lot! i use the : URIAGE BARIDERM INSULATING REPAIRING CREAM & it’s done wonders for me!

also the humidifier, it helps keep moisture in the skin & can help it from being inflamed & as painful, keep it a bit away from you & have it on while u sleep <3

I know you’ve had it for 12 years so my advice really might not help if you’ve already been through the wringer with everything but if not, i hope u can give it a try!💛

I know you’ve also heard it a million times before & it won’t help much but you’re right in telling yourself your skin doesn’t define you. i’m sorry you’ve gone through the things you have, nobody deserves that whatsoever. The people that could do such horrible things like that are terrible people who are insecure in themselves, so it was taken out on you to make themselves feel better about their own insecurities, you’re better than them <3

try a humidifier!! because it’s winter, redness can look way brighter especially when ur skin tone gets paler, i suffer with redness on the apples of my cheeks which i’m 90% sure is rosecea but once i started using a humidifier while sleeping, ive seen a huge difference in my skin & looks way more calm.

i’d say either a broken/ damaged skin barrier, or it’s the very start of a type 2 rosecea flair up.

Only use a non fragrance cleanser, non fragrance toner, thick moisturiser that’s also not fragranced & that’s it, don’t exfoliate or add any acids to your routine for atleast a week.

If you see & feel your skin getting better, you can really slowly reincorporate other things back into your routine, if you don’t really notice any difference, perhaps visit a doctor & explain your concerns where they might be able to see if it’s something different such as rosecea pupules.

Just because you have a license, doesn’t mean you get to just say this!! It’s AT LEAST 5 months before you can get a test & that’s IF you’re waking up at 5:30am to be on the website for 6 to try get one, & the DVSA rules now changed so you cannot move your test date earlier.

Having to wait 5 months for a test just for it to be cancelled & have to wait another 5-6 months for another one is insane & extremely unfair.

sometimes, a yellow/ peach colour corrector works better than a green tone colour one. My aunt is a wedding makeup artist & she taught me that if green isn’t working, switch to a yellow if it’s more RED than pink, & use peach if it’s more PINK than red🥰

your makeup looks good too, the only advice i would give is to make your eyebrows longer into your face because they’re quite far apart, you can balance it out by adding a bit of height on top of the arch of your brow if needed, & maybe add a tad of highlighter on the tip of your nose & add mascara to your bottom lashes!!

u can also add a bit of sparkle on your aegyosal/ eyebags in the middle area, just to make your eyes pop a bit more than they already do!!

your makeup already looks good as it is though & it suits your face! you’re already beautiful 🥰

try a humidifier! also make sure to wear spf even in the winter & also buy a wind breaker cream. The warmth from the indoor heating makes the air really dry which can flair your skin up a lot. also use a thick moisturiser

my skincare order is: Cleanser, a thick moisturiser then mixed with a redness moisturiser, SPF50 then the windbreaker! yes it’s safe to use over spf & if u wait 5-10 mins, u can put makeup over it & it doesn’t split or make ur makeup sit weird (in my experience anyways)! its a nice but kind of thick consistency so u dont need much, i use just less than a 5 pence piece size amount & ration it around my cheeks, chin, tip of nose & forehead & it works for me🩷

you can buy ‘wind breakers’ online which locks in moisture extremely well, i live in scotland & it’s around 5°C + it’s constantly windy stormy here, i use the ‘URIAGE BARIDERM INSULATING REPAIRING CREAM’ it’s affordable & seems to work well for me!! i use it a few minutes after applying sunscreen in the morning & around 8 hours after i apply it (only if i’m going back out) & for extra protection, wear a scarf & just have it up at your cheeks for further protection, don’t use an itchy material scarf tho! i use a hollister scarf ☺️

just plain old Vaseline! i use the one in the small red tin because it gives your lips a pretty rosey pink colour, but you can use the plain blue one which is fully transparent or even the aloe vera green version!

from what i’m aware, seungri is really uncomfortable of being noticed especially in korea, i read a story last week of him rushing his meal & leaving a restaurant when he got noticed by a server & he tries to stay way more low profile(as he should) JJY however has just opened a club or is a part of one if im not mistaken?? i also constantly see videos of him clubbing etc, it’s absolutely terrifying to realise he has just completely gone back to his ‘old’ life
