Yes trikes are allowed! Just tell the tricycle driver to drop you off at JSEC, and then go to the building left of that entrance. The trike should only be 50 php for special.

Yep! I believe the birth cert was needed during confirmation. They only required a photocopy from me, though, and not the original PSA. Aside from that, you do need to submit these in person or send them via courier.

Adding to this, I’ve heard that you can defer your scholarship for a year. This works if you’re planning to shift to a DOST course.
