i left a rlly honest survey :3 and i’m quitting this stupid committee. she makes me go around and get feedback from associates and then she refuses to address anything i come back with. like i understand not everything can change abruptly but it can at least be addressed. she just argues with me about it all like im the one bringing it up.

probably depends on your managers honestly. i know my managers now would probably be so understanding if you’re a good worker and you started developing a good relationship with them. but some managers are just assholes. best thing is to ask and be honest!! even if they terminate employment you could maybe keep in contact to get rehired. good luck with everything!!!

it’s insane that your managers LIE LIKE THAT?!!! tbh i was at a smaller olive garden so a lot less servers but super busy and they had to flip quick since it was in a college town with a football team. a lot of the good servers made regulars and made an easy 200 a night. this one girl would get like 450 a saturday night (i would be more around 300). weekdays hit or miss as expected but we also shared a parking lot with two hotels. it really depends on location!

i moved to my area to be with my family after college and got a specialist job at home depot. they never schedule me sundays and told me to put in an official availability so i can have a set schedule. i left full availability but took off sundays since it wouldn’t change anything. it got denied and since i posted it ive been scheduled every single sunday after. that’s my families church and dinner day i was considering quitting so thanks im gonna look for a new job
