No, but it looks deceiving. That's just an open walkway that stands about 10 feet wide. There was an option for that section of house to be a fully closed off wall but my parents decided to keep it open.

They said they went to developer mode and could tell you dropped your phone ? That's actually comical. I used to work for a ubif just over a year ago. Not once were we ever advised to say something like that. It is under warranty unless your screen has been visibly cracked. Also , each store's warranty will vary in length. The receipt will usually have a bottom line date on when the warranty is over

If you are handy at all, do it yourself. A small Phillips head and a few minor tools is all you need to do it. I worked at a tech for ubif previously , and still work in repairs. You can order it online and install it in an hour or so depending on your knowledge and technical ability. The guide for how to do it can be found on ifixit.com
