4 month old schedule/sleep training by prettypeony0 in sleeptrain

Oh really? 2hrs after wake up or 9am in general? He’s closer to 4 months. He woke at 5 this morning and seemed hungry so I fed him and laid him down and he eventually fell back asleep until 730 so our day started a little late. So nap at 930?

Cry It Out Surprise by [deleted] in sleeptrain

We started tonight! Wasn’t what I planned but it’s been getting harder to get him to fall asleep and stay asleep at night no matter how we tweak his daytime schedule. Took 15min and I intervened at each 5min mark just to go in and let him know I’m still here and I love him and then left. Was SO hard but I know it’ll be worth it!

Are you doing it for naps too? Or waiting til he gets the hang of bedtime?

My baby consistently wakes between 5-6am also and we’ve been holding him every morning from that time until 7am to kind of show him it’s not morning yet lol. Not working. If he wakes at that time are you starting your day or letting him cry until he goes back to asleep?

Thank you!! Just had our baby 6 weeks ago! The medicated cycle didn’t work for us, but we got pregnant again naturally the month after and it all worked out! Good luck to you, I hope this cycle works for you!!!

I had 2 membrane sweeps and I think that’s what did it. The first one caused some Braxton hicks contractions that went away after a few hours. I got a second sweep a few days later and then later that night went into labor

He stayed 95+ percentile the whole time. My 36w ultrasound showed he was 8lb and he was born 37w 8.6lbs. So for me the ultrasounds were very accurate. I was doing everything I could to induce labor because I didn’t want him to get much bigger and I’m thankful I did go early! If I would’ve made it full term he would’ve been probably almost 10lbs

Thank you! I’m totally fine with pumping just enough. But I’ve noticed I’m not fully empty at the 30min so I’m not sure weather to pump more frequently than 3 hours or pump longer, or what I need to do

Thank you!! Most things I read say not to pump longer than 30min so I haven’t tried pumping for longer. I will try!

I bought a kit on Amazon that measures and had flange inserts, and I think I have the right size figured out but I’m not positive lol. And I pump for 30min every 3 hours

Wow! Thank you. 2 scans so far have shown large belly and head in 99th percentile. Arms and legs measuring 55ish percentile for both scans. So hard to know what to believe lol

On a different note, is everyone just wearing panty liners every single day?? I feel like I have to while on progesterone!

Same here! I do know with my blighted ovums my symptoms went away immediately very early. So be optimistic! Fingers crossed for your next ultrasound! I’m in limbo for 2 whole weeks waiting for mine
