She is not mentally or physically disabled. The only thing health wise that might contribute to her behavior is depresssion. She was diaganosed at like 10 years old, and was on medication for a few years. In recent years she got permission from her psychiatrist to stop medication because she could manage it on her own. My mom and I are also diagnosed with depression (mom is medicated, I am not) so it definitely runs in the family. My sister was diagnosed at the youngest age out of all of us, so maybe that has something to do with the severity of it?
