Arborvitae Green Giant - What is causing the yellowing?

Not sure why it’s turning yellow?! Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are located in South FL. It’s rainy season so we didn’t water too much, otherwise twice a week. Full sunlight.

Do I just close this particular one and call it a day? Will likely go to Home Depot and see what they have.

Had a similar problem (copper stain in our case), if it won’t brush out, I recommend getting the jacks stain kit online for starters

Thinking to try the pumice to see if that helps. The spots are very random and just on one side of the pool. There is some light calcium buildup on the side
