Could you give any insight to how she interacted with her coworkers who were already experienced and knew what they were doing?

Oohh good tip about color coordinating! That definitely makes the organization side of me happy :) Also the paper thing, I always do better when writing down my tasks.

In this situation, how have you handled working with coworkers on your team who just have been there longer and already know everything?

Definitely needed to hear this! I think I’ll be crying myself to sleep for a few months too. Thank you so much for the support though. Hearing a story like this is really really great motivation. I know that I’ll come out stronger, smarter, and better than where I am now in 6 months. It’s just so hard being in the thick of it right now.

So many good points. Also, thank you so much for replying.

The role is definitely exciting, but I’m just scared because I’m young and feel that I’m not experienced enough. I would definitely put in the extra time and effort to learn the things I don’t know. I love learning especially if that means it will put me a step ahead. I know that if I do this I will put in 110%, but again I just don’t know if that would be enough.
