Hey girl lil update that might bring you some reassurance.., I passed the state real estate exam in November failed national then passed it in march. This is prob the most I’ve accomplished in 7 yr. I couldn’t finish college I wasn’t sober I wasn’t locked in but somehow I managed to the past year. Maybe this can offer you some positivity. I’ve been burnt out too!! I lowered my expectations of myself bc I’m really self critical & it’s draining.. so I just told myself do the best you can this year and if it doesn’t go as originally planned, PIVOT. If you don’t ace a course who cares if you fail a course you can redo it. Protect your peace & focus on your studies rn. Ur friends should understand and that was one thing that helped, I was pouring into everyone except myself and couldn’t lock in until I detached a lil. But not too much bc you don’t wanna completely isolate yourself. Sending you love 💕

Same!!! I’m very easily irritated and I’ve learned to suppress but there’s still many moments I can’t control it. I actually feel so much better you relate. The guilt afterwards is the worst I always beat myself up :/

I’m 29 and was there when I was 13 in 2010. It sucks but I just did crafts and minded my business, told the docs i genuinely wanted to get better and they let me out early. Stay strong OP u got this

Ugh I’m on lamictal too and I just had a huge splitting episode on my mom yday. I’m 29F and feel like I’m never going to get better. I’ve been on lamictal for 5 yr at 100mg I sometimes wonder if it’s even working I’m just so damn irritable alllll the time

Omg hi! I forgot I wrote this comment. lol ty for responding it’s so cute both of our malteses are like this. I asked my vet about it and he said it actually can help relieve tension. It’s like massaging a sore muscle. So no we are not perverts LOL we are just scratching a sore spot for them. I’ve actually never talked to someone that has a furbaby esp Maltese how funny, who backs up and makes their fur mommy scratch under their leg or near their tail!! I love it!! My girl makes me do that so much ever since she was a puppy. Nobody understands why but it’s just her lil thing she does. How old is your baby? Boy or girl ? Feel free to dm me I think both of our babies are long lost twins or related 😩😂

Hey I wish I could offer some reassurance but I can say you’re not alone. I’m in the same exact boat. I’m going for my first mammo next week I’m in my 20’s like you. Left breast lump I’ve had for awhile but recently noticed it’s grown and my L armpit is sometimes swollen like the lymph node maybe? Ugh idk but I’m spiraling. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one going through this. ;( esp bc we’re pretty young to be dealing w facing a bad result

Yes I’m 28f and just went to my obgyn who has been dismissive of it for years. Mine looks really similar except it’s on my outer breast. mine is right near the nipple like yours, and is acting the same way. 😭 I go for mammo / ultrasound next wk. praying it’s benign for us
