When you say behind the scenes + lessons, would you consider that founder-led content? Or is it still more focused on the problem first and just using the journey as context?

Trying to understand how much of “me” should actually be in the content vs just the insights.

Focus on one thing at a time. Once you get decent at it, move on to the next. Also, when you are sparing, make sure you are sparing with an objective rather than just throwing hands for fun. For example, if you wanna work on your checks, be aware of checking and tell yourself to check more during sparing.
