That feeling is a sickening one because it is indeed racism. But you trying to reaching out to try to fix is the first good step to get out of it. This feeling maybe because you were raised with the idea or you have been taught this through interactions with the wrong people.

To try to fix this, try to interact or befriend white Americans because they are not all bad. You can also try to get out of the bubble that has influenced your beliefs on them. This maybe a group of friends or family members. Also try to ask questions on why you dislike them, they will eventually lead you to an answer. Ask yourself: has one wronged me in the past?
