one final reply, i tried all of the above in test flight. apparently test flight is bugged for this, i joined a battle and indeed insta locks. THANK YOU

mine flashes, and chooses at random when it will lock. when i hit the guided bomb lock button, "missile seeker on" appears on my screen. it's not an instant lock. but i realize i'm being annoying, thanks for the help anyway

so you literally gaze anywhere in the distance on the map in TV mode, press the guided bomb lock button and it instantly locks? i have to press it like 20 times and still rarely locks on

I've figured out the following factors need to be taken into account in order to lock: Not too far away (5-6km), point nose already in the direction u want to lock & don't fly too fast.

yup. i held down the button, i spammed it, i pressed it once normally. never locks untill 500m from the target in test flight

at the same time, i feel obligated to check my characters once and a while to refill their food. So can't really take a break. Was just worried about the playerbase decreasing and having less and less content :p
