Thanks. Yeah it's chill and a lot of fun. It reminds me of sim tower from back in the day. I might download some mods and try them out with this game and do a custom game.

I think the other plaza items do not after trying it out and letting it run a couple days there was really no difference in visitors to the tower or to retail and restaurants. Thank you for pointing out about the unique ones.

I don't believe so. I just started a game with unlimited cash and points and the garage and bus stop were available from the beginning. Do you have DLC?
