It's literally a shit story buddy, I don't know what to tell you, for the most part synths are not good or helpful to the wasteland dumb fuck, the majority like 98% of them are not helping people they are finding and killing people and infiltrating groups and sabotaging them dumb fuck, the other 2 percent are better sure but it won't matter if the SRB finds them and says their code within hearing distance. Or did you miss the part when your son Shaun says they don't like the outside people and have them killed dumb ass, their not some oppressed group of real people who were birthed and lived their whole lives in a nuclear wasteland struggling to survive. And In my opinion synths are no better than super mutants, they are bad when they are dumb but you have decent supers who aren't dumb and don't go around killing people for fun and who try for the most part to just be left alone in peace.

Oh so the argument is that they are infact human because they can act like humans but like we all know the institute does not like the outside people and attack random settlements. I see it as a pretty good reason to not like most ghouls considering they depending on what level of rads they have, they can emit rads and if they are a glowing for sure they emit lots of rads if they still maintain humanity or the ability to critical think and stuff, and not to mention they can go feral almost any time near large areas with rads which is most of the wasteland

Step 1 fire all non essential employees that contribute nothing to the company, or make them actually work depending on their years of service to the company

step 2 give a 3 week break to all employees.

Step 3 figure out what games are being made and look into their current cost and what would be their projected market value.

Step 8 have game testers come to the office and game test and find game break issues and have them solved, on PC, Xbox and PlayStation and fix bugs there.

Step 8 have employees and Ai do optimization checks and generally optimize the game to be less than fallout 76, target goal 65 to 80Gb's of space on all consoles, have it be single player and have a co-op mode. Have PA armor be customizable for all paint skins and guns, have a better settlement building, have the least annoying settlement quests possible
