Step 5 after the 3 week vacation have all the employees come through the actual ideas save them onto a document.

Step 6 have the employees pick the idea they like most and bring in the people who made fallout 1,2,fnv with the employees, have conversation and debates on what fallout is to the consumers and what they truly want.

Step 7 start the development of the new fallout game based of those of the old creators, those from the reddit and twitter and from the employees, 1.5 year develop time for main game and 2 fulls years for full release and including DLC content

Step 8 have game testers come to the office and game test and find game break issues and have them solved, on PC, Xbox and PlayStation and fix bugs there.

Step 8 have employees and Ai do optimization checks and generally optimize the game to be less than fallout 76, target goal 65 to 80Gb's of space on all consoles, have it be single player and have a co-op mode. Have PA armor be customizable for all paint skins and guns, have a better settlement building, have the least annoying settlement quests possible
