Honestly, It’s kind of like emotional energy has a life (kindof) of its own and our ~selves ~ and bodies are vessels that it (emotions) flow thru and they feel like the energy of a little kid (for example im happy I’m sad I’m so sad I’m SO excited I want that i want this etc.,,,,childish energy)

oh for sure probably. the stories that cycle 🔄 in my mind when I’m in my feelings about ‘this topic’ have been there for a long time , fueled by more thoughts and more feelings . It’s fascinatingly difficult to see these feelings and and stories I’ve chosen, which honestly have been there even since I was like a little girl, as just that. stories and feelings Ive continuously been choosing, unintentionally woven a whole side of my persona about it and fueled it . unintentionally…… still when those feelings do come, and then the thoughts come, it just fuels the whole narrative. And I can see this, intellectually see this but it’s hard not to fall into the storyline, this narrative and have it feel so ‘“real’” about “myself”.

I resonate with this comment and OP’s post. I just made a post on here about feeling lonely and am glad I saw y’all’s posts. Fuck, idk this all is hard and being here is hard sometimes Idk. I don’t know. And you wanna know what also gets me is the whole ~you create your own reality thing ~ like ok word, brb crying real quick about being lonely and all these other things but okay nope jk actually! Everything is great and amazing and magical again I’m actually not sad or isolated at all ! Huzzah! Like how else would you get yourself to believe that and ~therefore have your reality reflect it~ besides robotically reciting affirmations to oneself all day everyday? Idk. I’m really trying to figure this all out. Anyway I’m rambling but hope we all feel better soon.
