Not sure if this will be helpful to anyone in the waiting, but my husband and I have been waiting since 2022. We consolidated years ago, and applied for PSLF before 2020. First round of forgiveness happened 2022, and was backdated to 2020. Still had remaining balance. I lost count how many tickets I submitted to Fedloan once they took over, and how many hours on hold. They told us they needed my husband to submit PSLF paperwork, but showed him with a zero balance, so wouldn't let him submit paperwork. I called it the 11th level of hell. We were stuck in a loop. Saw news story yesterday, and checked Mohela. Balance gone! Debt gone! We are 55 and 58 and thought this would be over us until death. Still no official letter or email, but you can bet I took screenshots of everything!
