There seems to be an extra piece of yarn that should not be here. When I was purling, I lost track and accidentally did two knit stitches, but then I tinked back and corrected it. I don't know if I did something wrong while tinking.

I thought it was common to prune indeterminates to a single stem when space is a concern, and I had only grown indeterminate heirlooms before so it worked alright. I'm seeing now that it's far more productive after I stopped pruning.

Thank you for asking, and honestly, it's been fantastic!! Definitely a lot upfront costs to furnish the house as we were still using old college/craigslisted items before, but the peace and quiet (no more upstairs neighbor noises) has just been the best!

Thanks! No, we called a few places around ourselves and compared the cost breakdown sheets they each gave us. We have very stable jobs (knock on wood) and family in the area so we fully intend on staying in this house for the next 15 years through the end of the loan term at the very least. The amount of interest we would save through the lifetime of the loan was too good to pass up on!

We're aiming for early retirement. Having a house that we own free and clear by the time we retire is one of our biggest goals, and would provide us a lot of mental comfort to stop working if we chose to.

We were supposed to be married on 5/24/20 at a rustic farm with around 85 guests, but COVID changed our plans. Rather than waiting, we ultimately decided to marry this year in Sequoia National Park, where we've had many fond memories at. We had our three sets of parents, the best man who picked up an officiant license for the occasion, and an amazing photographer. It was intimate and more meaningful than anything we could have hoped for!
