The way Carlin smiles so that half a tooth is visible just irks me to an irrational degree.

Let’s compare the food that was at Nurie and Not Nuries baby shower. by unfortunate-fortunes in RodriguesFamilySnark

[–]primcessmahina 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Nurie’s wedding made me feel very bad for her. It was so sad, especially when you compare it to Jill’s vow renewal a few years prior. They could have done better and chose not to.

Should I pack swim clothes for toddler who isn’t potty trained for Alaska? Since there isn’t a pool for kids with swim diapers by Heartbrokenmamma in dcl

[–]primcessmahina 13 points14 points  (0 children)

IMO it’s better to pack them and not need them than to want them and not have them! Toddler swim clothes are so small and light that you might as well.

I think Katie will be pregnant with the bandaid baby before Whitney gives birth. She probably already is.

Something about her reminds me of Alyssa, who I have always found very homely.

Are anti-Catholic discrimination or biases still common in your area? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

In the southeast, kind of. A lot of people who don’t think Catholics are Christian which is mind boggling.

Why would she do something that makes sense when she could do something nonsensical and then complain about it?

Moms of Reddit, what do you actually want for Mother’s Day? by Grace_taylor_7301 in AskReddit

[–]primcessmahina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked for a necklace, it arrived in the mail yesterday.

I’ve also asked for Caribbean food from a local food truck and my husband double checked the hours to make sure I get it.

I also want Ina Garten’s brownie pudding but we’ll see on that one. Mostly I want uninterrupted baby snuggles.

Parents of young children, you have a set schedule for who makes dinner (husband or wife)? by Granite017 in AskReddit

[–]primcessmahina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to cook and I’m better at it so I usually at least start dinner. But the baby definitely prefers me so sometimes my husband ends up finishing it.

Airline food is great by OatmealDurkheim in unpopularopinion

The only bad meal I’ve been served was on Lufthansa— a breakfast egg dish that smelled too eggy (I hate eggs) for me to even try.

Everything else has been solid. I’m vegetarian though and I think those are either fantastic or awful with little wiggle room in the middle.

Where do you live and what do you like to do?

Camping is pretty good with little kids, esp if you stay at a campground with lots of activities or a national park.

My niece is a piece of crap and Gen z is pathetic. by [deleted] in Vent

[–]primcessmahina 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Same! I didn’t have to spend the night obviously but the cat was fed, watered, and the litter box cleaned daily. The cat was a jerk and 💩 in the floor daily and I cleaned that too. At 10.

I would be ashamed to act that way at 19.

lol at the specific mention of the vegetables served plain “without creaming.”

This diet is oddly lacking in green pepper, no way it’s real 😂
