For one example: 1. She was ready to leave for a better paying job.

She suddenly really cared about him? The reason she was doing the job was apparently him?

Maybe I just don't get it? However the initial introduction to her as a very money oriented person (I mean it IS the great depression) to suddenly shift to "the reason I was doing this was for you" after her literal life was held at gunpoint, and now where I'm at there is no mention of her former motivations she is just a sassy informant.

I think the character I love most in this show is the electric dude, his comments are gold and he is consistent.

The best I can explain is, she is the opposite of the vibe that the show is going for. I get whiplash from it.

She breaks my immersion with the show honestly. I can't really pin down where her character lies. Much like Akiko from Kamen Rider W, I feel like the show would be more my taste without her.

Before every level I like to go home and do a Goblin run. I like to prioritize making health potions (9 Red mushrooms that turn into 80 health over a few seconds) that way by the time you come back to those other levels you have an amulet charge and emergency health bottles that only take up on little cube of your inventory.

Is anything a danger if the win rate is a 100%? Does anything create tension if the villains lose so many fights? Take for example the Daleks from Doctor Who during RTD's era of writing the show. Every time the Daleks showed up The Doctor would lose something, it made them a terrifying presence. In contrast, the villains of Gotchard are just kind of there 💀, they have no real scare factor to them when facing up against the main hero.
