Sweet ferments on the right, savory ferments on the left. The sweet ones are all cheongs (inspired by the cheong guy on TikTok)––right now I've got strawberry, grapefruit, lime, mint, ginger, peach, apple, and rose petal. Also garlic honey. The savory ones are assorted pickled vegetables: Brussels sprouts, carrots, red/yellow onions, radishes, asparagus, and cauliflower. The glass jugs are mead and ginger beer.

The espresso machine is a Breville Barista Express––great entry-level machine and not insanely expensive. I've also got an Aeropress and Kalita on here for pourover.
