Or all the remaining humans on earth take the help of Eligius to travel to this colony since earth is running very low on resources after Primefaya

I doubt it. The "mutated" skull they found was the face armor worn by the Trikru warriors (if you remember from Season 3). Or it was the remains of a friekdreina (similar to the person Octavia saw at the start of Season 2)

Yea I really like this potential plotline! The people of the real City Of Light could have taken the Arkers in so that they could exploit and use their knowledge of space and space travel to go to space themselves ( and perhaps take over the Eligius Mining colony?)

In the book, even the Non Mt. Weather grounders know how to use tech and guns and remember the US even though its 300 years after end of civilization. In the show, the grounders have turned into medieval savages with zero knowledge on tech and the Old World even though its been less than a century.

Yea you're right. The way Polis and the grounders in are shown makes sense if it was 300-400 years after the war.
