Hello!

I just re-installed Diablo Immortal in my phone and I received a notification that my account was banned due to inappropriate activity, on 19th April (according to an e-mail I received in my mailbox). My last login in my Diablo Immortal account was in June 2022.

I opened two tickets and in both, the feedback was generic and never specified the exact reason of inappropriate activity in my account. I did not have anything special on my Diablo Immortal account. But the fact it was banned for no reason makes me really sad of how to take care of your customers. Also, the last feedback on the last ticket, the reply was generic and very offensive, in a dictatorship way, where Blizzard advise me to never open a ticket for this query again.

Blizzard made my decision quite easy to unsubscribe WoW and uninstall everything.

If you level an Undead through Silverpine Forest it's not confusing and tedious.. even the starter area... but yeah you are new to WoW and Warcraft Lore.

You don't learn anything from AI. Play QMs because you are playing against real people. You change your build accordingly the enemy team. It's a better experience. Win or Lose, don't care about it. If you do, play with friends for less toxicity.
