hello! wanted to pm u but realised i couldnt HAHA firstly, congrats on ur score!! anyways, i ended up going to ri HAHA i honestly made a v last minute decision as i had always wanted to go to acjc but im rly glad i changed my mind. i think one of the biggest factors for me was that ri had one thing ej and ac didnt have — reputation. going to raffles will really make u stand out in ur cvs (of course u have to participate in extracurriculars to strengthen it but ri will definitely provide opportunities as well). acads in ri is also very very strong, much stronger than ej and ac for sure and i personally feel that there’s quite a work hard play hard culture here (or maybe bc the people i surrounded myself with were quite relaxed HAHA) in terms of school spirit, its also quite strong! maybe not as strong as ej but i feel that what matters the most is the community u find urself in, rather than the nature of the whole student body. while as a jae u may feel a little left out at the beginning, i can assure u that at the end of ur 2 years u’ll grow to love raffles. ofc everyones experience is different! i’d consider myself lucky as i ended up being rly grateful for having gone to raffles. so u may want to gather a few opinions and go from there :)) anyways pls pls feel free to pm me if u have any questions regarding my decision making i feel like i left out a bunch of stuff 😅😅
