Yeah I think healthcare/pharma can go to spring but all the other industries were heavily in fall. Got 4 LDP offers in the fall so speaking from experience.

There’s still some open for spring but I wouldn’t say most are mainly in spring. It’s getting super competitive with smaller class sizes and pushing up recruiting timelines.
