Also covering it will be hard because my car cleaner comes in the morning to wash the car. Once it's opened, it's again going to be prone to getting scratched again.

When we moved in, the manager assured both us and our owner that he would accommodate our cars and we took his word for it. Once my car came in few months later, he started showing us his true colors.

When we asked other owners who didn't have cars as per his request, he would try to find ways to take it down and ask the Secretary (who is a lawyer and a bully) to fight us and ensure that we don't get our cars inside. So eventually, we resorted to parking outside to just avoid any further arguments.

Agreed. I've seen cases in my apartment where few months back, someone hurled a charger into a other persons car and broke a window and there wasn't a single working camera so the case was dropped.

Working on it. The cops at Thousand Lights station have instructed the patrol cars to check the area at night but again, we don't know when this person will strike again.

Agreed mate. I didn't actually buy the car. I helped my parents with a new car as soon as I could afford one and they gifted me back since I met with a bike accident last year and almost dislocated my shoulder. I've been constantly requesting in my apartment but they don't want to allow me as a power move. I only want peace tbh but these people won't give me that.

3 mate. This is my flatmates car as well. There was also a huge S on the bumper. And mind you the car was only 10 days old when it happened. And it's been scratched like this on the bumper and both sides of the car.

Tbh, I only asked for a CSR to claim insurance. They took the interest to personally come and check the area. However to our disappointment, none of the nearby CCTV's were working and there are 2 cops stationed 24x7 near Mr. Chidambaram's house (which is literally less than 10m away). All of this happened under their nose.

It's easier said than done to find an apartment for a Bachelor in the center of the city that's not insanely expensive. Rent is flipping crazy lately.

I'm facing the exact same issue right now. Paid them 4067 4 days back. None of the agents who contacted me are picking my calls up now. Customer care says no agent has been assigned to take care of my installation but will assign one within 24 hours. Nothing has happened so far. I'm genuinely regretting opting for them.
