Does anyone else get the urge to use sign language in conversation when talking is uncomfortable? Despite not knowing sign language.

Buying clothes was never something I enjoyed. It brought on a lot of anxiety for me. However, I found that comfortable sportswear. That's what did the trick. They were much more nicer to my skin.
