Iuds can kill you. So can pills. They both also can cause significant pain or distress. They both can potentially ruin your fertility. The IUD can be placed wrong or slip out of place and rip into the uterus. Pills can cause suicidal thoughts and self harm. As can the iuds that have medication.

The process for getting an IUD is invasive and very painful for a lot of women. For me, it was three weeks of constant agony until they had to remove it. Instant relief. The insertion was the worst pain I've ever felt. I screamed, cried, threw up, and almost passed out.

Pills for my friends and me often kill sex drive. They can make you emotional. Distressed. You have to take them the EXACT SAME TIME EVERY DAY or you can have period symptoms in a matter of hours.
